Coloured Water Play

I have SO many different pictures of this activity as its such a hit in this house.

Here’s what you need – scoops, bowls, cups and containers of anytime. I usually look at what’s in my plastic recycling that week.

Next get some water in a tub and add a few drops of food colouring and ta dah, you have beautifull water!

Sometimes I will just make one colour, other times I will do the rainbow.

If your little likes water, then this is going to be a great activity to try on a hot day.

On this particular day I added some pump press bottles. it was a little too soon for William and he didn’t have the stent to do it himself. but with my help we did it!

That’s the thing with play, its a great time to experiment. We don’t know what our littles can do until we give them the chance and opportunities.
