Montessori Peg the Socks

Ok so I appreciate this photo isn’t the prettiest you’re ever going to see but hey its all about the play right? Who cares about the pretty photos? 😉

In a nutshell this super speedy activity is perfect for toddlers and pre schoolers. Pegs, some rope or string and a pile of socks and let your little one have a go at hanging the washing up.

William needed help with the pegs and got a big frustrated so I will be bringing this activity out again over the coming months as he develops and his muscles strengthen.

Great for pincer grip, hand eye coordination, and working on life skills. Oh and also tests their patience and ours as parents as you have to really focus.
