Cardboard Road

I love instagram.

But oh my gosh can it make me feel bad about my creative skills 😉

Alas I was not born with any decent drawing skills and I am definitely not crafty. If I were to do a craft you would be wondering which was William’s and which was mine!

I have seen so many diy roads but this is as good as mine gets! I found a free road template, printed it out and stuck it to some cardboard. Using double sided tape I stuck it to the tuff tray.

My most creative part? I cut a loo roll in half and created a bridge 😉 At the last minute I added our wooden rainbow!

Look at that face, so serious! 😉

It may not be the best road you’ll ever see but that doesn’t matter! In a world of Instagram we have to remember that we are doing this for fun activity for our littles and they don’t care if there’s a bit of cardboard hanging off, or if the loo roll is cut wonky! The more hung up you get on creating something amazing, the less time your kiddie will play. It’s guaranteed! 😉
