Hidden Puzzle Pieces

William loves this farmyard puzzle which was just a few pounds from The Works.

But I wanted to bring a bit of new life to it and find a super quick way to make it a bit more inviting. I say super quick because the click was ticking and I had just a few minutes until I needed to wake him from his nap.

I grabbed our silk scarves and wrapped each puzzle piece in a different colour. I left pieces wrapped in silk round the puzzle and it looked super pretty! William made a bee line for it straight away after waking.

Such a simple invitation to play for toddlers and older kids alike and made an old puzzle a bit more appealing!
