Pom Pom Colour Sorting

We have done so many colour sorting activities in our house and they never get old!

This one involved nothing more than some Pom Poms and plates.

Can you spot my faux pas though? In my rush to set this up I realised I hadn’t coordinated my colours enough!

Green Pom Poms but no green plate!

Red Pom Poms but no red plate!

This is what happens when I set up a play activity BEFORE I’ve had my 3rd morning cup of tea 😉

None the less, William being 22 months at the time wasn’t bothered and happily played with the Pom Poms and was far more interested in trying to use the tongs (he can’t yet) than matching the colours. Phew, that world out well in the end 😉
