Cereal Box Posting
Many toddlers love to ‘post’.
A super simple quick and easy posting activity for toddlers is to take a cereal box, cut a hole in the top and provide something suitable for your little to post through the hole.
In this case we had wooden craft/popsicle sticks.
As William was learning to do this I made the slit quite big.
Once he mastered it I added another slit to the box only this time smaller so he really had to focus and use hand eye coordination to get the stick in the right position to go through the hole.

This is a fab activity to help build the muscles in their hand and arm and their fine motor skills.
Other ideas for things to post could be pasta, Pom Poms, some cut out card….it can be anything that’s age appropriate for your little. Happy posting 🙂
